I'm constantly trying to work on improving my negotiating skills.
How do you handle a tough negotiation?
Combination of preparation, active listening and wiliness to compromise to achieve a positive outcome.
Favourite way to unwind after a big day?
I enjoy either a flotation therapy session, Yin Yoga session or spending time at Sense Of Self (my local spa).
If you weren't in finance, what career would you choose?
Hospitality, I love my food!
Best networking tip?
Listen more than you talk. Be genuine and authentic.
What's one thing you can't live without during the workday?
Aside from my mobile I will always have my water bottle – 3L minimum a day.

I like to read industry publications, attend conferences and events, and following industry leaders on social media.

Be open to criticism and learn from mistakes - view negative feedback as an opportunity for growth.

Travelling.
Best advice for someone starting in the finance industry?
Build relationships and leverage your network.
What is your proudest professional achievement?
Being part of the James Marcon Youth Health Foundation which is a non-profit organisation that embraces art therapy in aiding the recovery of children and youth affected by mental illness. Raising over $100K over in the first year and in memory of my friend James.
