Previously, Joseph was the founding CEO of Judo Bank, leading it from concept to IPO and raising $1.5 billion in equity. His career includes senior roles at NAB, ANZ, and Citibank, and he holds multiple postgraduate degrees in psychology, neuroscience, and finance. A published author and former youth international footballer for Scotland, Joseph brings a unique blend of commercial and mental health expertise.

With a background in banking, financial advice, and funds management, Guy took the role of CEO after joining Banjo as head of sales and marketing in 2018. Guy maintains a strong focus on his health and outside of work prioritises quality time with family and friends.
